Nice lift
lift took about 20 hours to install, directions were kinda crappy. after installing truck drives nicer than it did before, istallation wasnt that hard we just ran into a few problems, had to torch bed mounting bolts, had the drivers side core support mount bolt seize up in the bushing so we had to grid and pry it out, kit comes with all extensions needed, bumper brackets make it hard to get the bumpers on, we had to fight with the front bumper to get it straight and we didnt have to trim the frame like directions say, also there is no need to undo any transmission cooling lines or take the radiator out or the fan shroud off. this was the first body lift i and my brother and friend have ever done, great learning experience. make sure you use the right sockets to get the cab mounts off, they are in mm and the bed mounts need i think a T-30 or bigger torx bit to get them off.

Quick simple repair
I purchased these hubs to replace the factory hubs on my 2000 F350. My hubs were so tight I had to use vise grips to turn them. This is a very simple job, I had replaced the hubs on my Jeep CJ5 about 20 plus years ago so I figured I could do it again since I am not a mechanic. The job took about 30 minutes to complete, you dont have to remove the wheel or jack up the truck. I started by removing the snap ring holding in the hub then tapped it with a hammer and it slid right out since it is plastic and cant rust to the rotor. I slid in the new parts after applying some marine grease and put in the new snap ring, the kit supplies a smaller snap ring for the end of the axle by my application didnt need it. Screwed on the outer hub in the free position, then jacked up that wheel to test by locking in the hub and spinning the wheel forward which turned the axle then back to free to test its release by spinning in reverse, perfect. Simple job with no special tools needed, only an allen... Top to learn more

The WARN Premium Hub is a no-compromise hub designed for the hardcore off-roader or truck owner who will accept nothing less than the industry standard in performance. The all metal construction and ZA Alloy dial ensure years of reliable functioning. This dial requires a full 9/10ths of a turn to ensure positive engagement of the inner drive gear to the clutch ring. To make sure they stay engaged, WARN Premium Hubs use a thick internal wave spring and heavy dial detents. We know our Premium Hubs will be used hard, so we build them to last. We’re so confident, that all WARN hubs are covered by a lifetime limited warranty. This is a pair (2) of internal mount hubs, for use with 30 spline axles, compatible with many different vehicles: *When replacing automatic 3 hole cap screw hubs, on certain models, you must purchase corresponding spindle nut conversion kit… part number WARN 327721 Top to learn more
1996 Ford F250 auto hub replacement
I am not a mechanic, but I figured I had enough skill to tackle this job. I was right. I replaced my factory automatic hubs with the Warn locking hubs without much swearing at all. I had researched this project, and from what I had read, I didn't need the spindle nut set. This isn't the case with my '96 Ford F250. I did need the spindle nut set, and a special socket to install them. Once I had everything I needed, I breezed right through it. I did tighten the wheel bearing retention nut too tight, and took both hubs apart the next day and put them back together again in about 45 minutes.I only gave this product four stars because I felt the instructions were just a touch too ambiguous. Worked for me!
I ordered this to replace the upper ball joints on my 2000 Ford F250 4x4, Diesel. Fit was perfect. Just remember to file down the zerk fittings *before* putting it all together (if you want to leave the fittings in there full time) so that the universal joint doesn't whack it when you shift to 4-wheel drive. Perfect for my truck.
This product fit my 2003 Ford F250 V10 4x4 truck perfectly. I thought the process would take 8 hours, but surprisingly all it took was 3.5 hours to replace the ball joints. One word of advice. Dont install the grease fitting. Use the plug instead. If you don't do it that way, the fitting will catch and cause problems with steering. Top to learn more

Watch that grease fitting!
Watch out! If you're installing this on a 4X4, don't do what I did - I installed it with the grease fitting in place and realized it way too late - it interferes with the axle U-joint hub and I had a 50-50 chance it would be in the right place to allow me to remove it. I was in the wrong 50%. Bummer so at least I greased it but I had to shear it off and seal the hole with RTV. So happens that item 14 int he little instruction sheet that came with it warns you about this problem but that clue is nowhere else to be found and I wish I had caught it sooner so I'll be doing this job again in a year or 2 since I cannot grease this joint again. 2WD, 4WD high and 4WD Low. I read the manual and what to use for what particular conditions, but I'm curious how you 4WD guys use it, since the instructions were kind of in general terms.
