Ford wanted twice the price for this remote and my dealer has a charge for programming. This looks and functions exactly like the OEM remote. Simple instructions were provided and it took less than 1 minute to do the programming on the new remote and the old original that I had. I highly recommend this product and seller.

Doesn't Appear to be Any Quality Control
This fuel cap fit and sealed on my F-250 just fine, however as with one of the other reviewers, my cap would not lock. Also, the lock does seem a bit weak and I worry about longevity. I'll give Stant another chance. I'll be seeing if I can get a replacement via Amazon and will report back on the quality of the replacement.UPDATE: Amazon sent me a replacement, which works just fine. Good cap at reasonable price
I ordered this for a Silverado diesel truck and it works perfectly. Only tricky part was removing the plastic tail used to secure the original cap without cutting it - not easy but doable. Wanted to retain the original as a backup in case this one was left behind as it has no provision for attaching it to the vehicle. Top to learn more

f-350 tuner
I bought this and put it on my mostly stock 06' f-350. The change in power is day and night. the truck doesn't have much lag anymore, better fuel mileage, and it lets you moniter everything (except exhust temp without a probe kit) I wouldn't recommend putting this into a stock truck and running it on a extreme and using a lot of throttle, the 6.0 can't handle it... But for fuel mileage and some more power it works wonderfully. Top to learn more

gooder than hell
I bought this after owning my truck for 3 months and boy did it make it come to life! Easy to install easy to mount. Easy Install!
Ordered this even after reading the review stating how difficult to install. It took me two minutes at best. You need two flat head screw drivers. Using both flat heads around the plastic ring about 1/4" apart, the ring easily peels off. Putting the ring on the new cap is a cinch! I wouldn't recommend installing in cold weather. You need to stretch the factory plastic ring a little . . . so some warmth is a plus! (Now don't use a flame you idiot!) Usually these types of parts are installed by "professionals" and no instructions are needed for these types of items. However, you need not to be a rocket scientist either. Easy installtion, looks OEM
I got this locking gas cap for my 2005 Ford Escape and it installed perfectly using the factory tether. I just used a screwdriver to stretch the original cap out of it and stretched this new cap into it. Looks perfectly OEM. Love it. Took me maybe 2 mins to install total including removing the old one.$14 and an OEM look for piece of mind is worth it to me. Don't hesitate to buy this. As always, AMAZON PRIME for the win! Good gas cap after difficult installation
With gas prices creeping higher and a tank of gas hitting the realm of financing available, I thought it wise to protect my fuel investments with a locking gas cap. The cap looks much the same as the Ford factory cap with the addition of the lock, of course. The retaining ring fits but it's not an easy battle. After much prying and pulling and creative use of energy, the ring came off of the old cap and getting it onto the new cap took about twice the effort. It's possible but not easy. Instructions might have helped, but I didn't see any. For that it only gets 4 stars. The locking mechanism is first-rate. It's not coming off without a key or some serious power tools. I wish the actual body on the Trinity were a little nicer, as I am planning a permanent install in my vehicle for data logging purposes. This Power Programmer Delivers
I ordered the Diablosport Trinity not long after installing a K&N high flow intake and the same week as I had a new performance exhaust installed in my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 w 5.7 Hemi. At the same time I started running 93 octane (for the programmer). The old rule of testing states for best results have no more than 1 variable. I blew it in this instance. I was happy with how the truck performed but I wasn't really sure what part the Trinity had in that equation.I could say the Trinity was a snap to install. It had no seperate power line to run through the firwall (like other programmers) and its programs seem to fit my needs. I understand I can create my own screens to monitor the various engine parameters however I really don't understand what they or how to make a dashboard. My guess is if I knew enough to understand what they meant then I could use this to make monitors.I had planned to buy a pod mount to permanently and cleanly install the programmer... Performance Programmer
The Trinity's tuning options vary depending on the vehicle that is being tuned. Gasoline-powered vehicles feature tunes based on minimum octane ratings while diesels are based on horsepower rating of the particular tune. No other single part number can tune Ford, GM, and Chrysler vehicles and support gasoline and diesel vehicles for all three.
Note: The available tunes and adjustment options may not be the same in all models.
Diesel Tuning
For all of the supported diesel applications, the Trinity will come preloaded with at least three tuning levels to optimize your truck for its intended use.
Towing: Will improve power by 40-60 HP and an average of 100 Ft/Lbs of torque (depending on application) and is for use when towing heavy loads near the vehicle's factory towing capacity. This setting is designed to increase drivability while towing, net extra economy when cruising at highway speeds, and is helpful when pulling a load up a steep grade.
Economy*: Adds between 60-100 HP and 180-200 Ft/Lbs of Torque, with economy gains averaging 2-3 MPG on the highway. This setting is not designed for heavy towing--limits are in the range of 6,000-8,000 pounds depending on your vehicle's stock towing capacity.
Extreme*: This tune adds anywhere from 100- 185 horsepower and 220+ Ft/Lbs. of torque and is specifically for tearing it up at the strip.
*For these tunes, DiabloSport highly recommends the use of an aftermarket cold-air intake (CAI) and upgraded exhaust with a minimum of 4” diameter pipe.
Gas Tuning
For all supported applications, the Trinity comes preloaded with tunes for premium (91 or 93) octane fuel that will increase power levels at the rear wheels by 15-40 horsepower in most applications, with similar gains in torque. For many of the supported cars and trucks, 87 Octane Performance tunes are also available, as well as DiabloSport's 87 Octane Mileage Booster tune for late-model GM and Chryslers.
For some applications, there are also specialty tunes for certain upgrades such as cold-air kits, MAF sensor upgrades, or even pulley-upgrade tunes for factory-supercharged vehicles. The advertised horsepower gains are with vehicles in their factory configuration (unless otherwise noted), but the Trinity can also be loaded with up to 5 custom tunes to support just about any modification imaginable. The Trinity is the only tuning device you will ever need for your car or truck.
The available adjustable parameters menu can vary by vehicle, but for most gasoline applications the Trinity can adjust:
Spark Advance/Retard (in multiple RPM bands, or "globally" across the whole range)

The Trinity interprets streaming data received from the OBD-II Diagnostic port on your vehicle and converts it into a readable format: a Virtual Gauge. The graphic gauge display can be customized by the user with numerous gauge styles and page backgrounds. There are hundreds of possibilities.
Programmable LED Shift Light/Warning Light
The Trinity's LED warning lights can be configured to act as a visual gauge alarm for any individual piece of data, or even as a programmable shift light.

Analog Input
The Trinity can even log and display information that your vehicle's ECU isn't set up to monitor. The T-1000 is fitted with inputs for two auxiliary sensors to log and display even more useful information. Some of the choices could include wideband O2, EGT (see related products section for our kit), boost pressure, etc. The Analog input can also be used to control an Extreme PowerPuck directly through the Trinity's touchscreen.
Diagnostic Code Reader
Trinity can also be used as a diagnostic code reader. You can save hundreds of dollars each year by reading/clearing your own computer codes rather than paying a dealer to do the same. This function can be used to pull all engine-related trouble codes.
Automatic Online Updates
The latest revisions to the DS Downloader program have made updating a Trinity as simple as possible. With the Trinity, the update procedure is a simple matter of downloading and installing the current version of the free DS Downloader program from our site and plugging in the Trinity. Once connected, you enter your information to register the tool, and the DS Downloader takes care of the rest automatically.

Overall the product is pretty nice, but a little overpriced. As a relative novice to the whole tuning thing there is something I wish I knew before purchasing. This device does not have any transmission tuning capability, just engine. So I can swap and store a few different programs for the engine, but nothing for the transmission. Still nice, but for the money it should be a stand alone device. Now I have to go and get ANOTHER device that has TCM capability. Top to learn more

If youre like the majority of 4x4 Drivers, you wont be able to change the diff oil until you get home, because you wont have spare oil and a sump pump to change it. If you suspect contaminated oil (a deep water crossing without extended diff... Collect this oil and water emulsion as you should never dispose of oil into the environment.
A: To be driven on the street, get a loan, and have it insured, a salvage title car must be converted from a salvage branding to "restored salvage. Please note that most lending institutions will not loan on a salvage or restored salvage vehicle. A: Insurance companies must declare a vehicle salvage from an accident when there is a total loss, but they have discretion with theft vehicles. Unless otherwise stated in the ad, professionals have examined this Ford and have concluded it has not been involved in a major, salvage-level accident. If you own a salvage title Ferrari for $10,000, you will have no problem selling it. In fact, you'll be able to sell it in 3 minutes on your local street corner. Q: Why is this Ford salvage. Q: I've heard to not buy salvage title vehicles because they're bad cars and cannot be resold.
