Fun way to learn!
There weren't any reviews for this book yeat, so I HAD to let people know how neat this book is! It is a simple graphic novel to tell the story of Henry Ford creating the Model T. After learning some basics in the story, there are additional pages of information in the back. Also included are references to other sources of information on Henry Ford, including a code for a website where children can learn more according to their age at a safe internet site. I am anxious to look up the additional references, and even more excited to read more of the series with my son. He loves the graphic novel idea, and is learning many crucial historical stories without realizing it! Would definitely recommend!

Fun book
If you are a Model T aficionado as I am this is a book you must have. If you are just mildly interested in T's, this is probably the book you should start with. Lindsay Brooke is the best.

A Good, General Model T History
This year makes the 100th anniversary of the Model "T" Ford, and consequently a lot of books about Henry's Flivver are appearing in the market place. This one is a good attempt, and there are many historical photos and newer color ones as well, but honestly the book "The Legendary Model T" by Tom Collins - despite also having some small errors - is a much better effort in my opinion, with more photos and accessed archives from The Henry Ford in Dearborn.

Nicely done. Good research. Good historic photos. There is another book that just came out called The Legendary Model T Ford. I wouldn't spend the money on that book, you see, it is the 100th anniversary of the Model T.

Modeling is Work Teen models need to realize that even though they are young, modeling is an adult world. And if a model wants to work with a client again, she has to know how to please the client, connect with the photographer and work that camera or runway, so a teen interested in a modeling career should be prepared to work. Junior plus models must meet the same physical requirements as any other plus model. Most plus models don’t work every day so staying in school keeps teen models busy until their next audition or booking. The most essential requirement for junior plus models is a close, working relationship with the model’s parents and school. Model bookings and auditions are mainly held during the week and can interfere with school, so an agent needs to be able to coordinate a model’s schedule with her parents and school. Most of the time, the junior model will be the only teen there, so teens should be adept in dealing with adults in a work situation. Plus-sized teens who want to get into modeling shouldn’t expect any different requirements just because they are teens. This creates more work for junior plus models. Teens prone to breakouts beware: models need to have clear skin, plus healthy hair and teeth. But with the help of teachers and parents, junior plus models can get the job done in the classroom and on a booking. There is no way a junior plus model can be successful without the support and cooperation of her parents and school.
Only problem (OK, not the only problem) for GM is that the Avalanche isn'ta high-performance niche truck like an SVT truck (the "S" in SVT means "Special"). It's supposed to be a volume production model, and it only sold 156 more than Raptor?
The car business isn'ta lost cause though, as some companies in the auto market are turning the industry's lemons into lemonade. The crimped flow of parts and components is expected to last for weeks, with its echoes lasting for months.
If I had to pick one symbol for America in the 20 th century, it'd have to be the Ford Model T. For thousands and thousands of years, the fastest mode of overland travel was the horse, which like humans required lots of food and lots of rest.
